Terms of service
Effective October 17, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Indexwise Chrome extension and the website at indexwise.dev. Indexwise is made by Lexserver in Hermosa, Bataan, Philippines ("we", "us"). By installing or using Indexwise you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall it.
What Indexwise is
Indexwise is a browser extension that checks the on-page SEO of web pages you open and suggests fixes. It can also show data from your own Google Search Console and Google Analytics accounts if you connect them. How Indexwise handles data is described in the privacy policy.
Using Indexwise
- You may use Indexwise for yourself, your own sites and your clients' sites.
- You are responsible for having the right to audit the sites you point it at. Do not use Indexwise to attack, overload or scrape sites, or to break the rules of any site or service. The bulk audit and link checks are meant for normal use, not for load testing.
- Do not copy, resell or repackage the extension, and do not try to interfere with it or with the services it relies on.
- You must follow the terms of the services you connect, including Google's.
Free early access and paid features
Indexwise is free while it is in early access. Some advanced tools are marked "Pro" and are expected to become paid later, with a discount for early users, as stated in the extension and in the Chrome Web Store listing. The single-page audit is meant to stay free. Before any feature becomes paid, we will tell you in the extension and on this website, and we will publish the price and what is included. Nothing you have not agreed to will be charged.
Accounts
Today Indexwise has no account. If we add accounts, signing in will be optional for the local features, and these terms will be updated first.
Suggestions are not guarantees
Indexwise gives guidance based on common SEO practice and public information. Search engines change, and results depend on many things outside our control. We do not promise any ranking, traffic or result, and you decide whether and how to act on a suggestion. Check changes before you apply them to a live site.
No warranty
Indexwise is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and working, but we do not promise it will be error-free, always available, or suitable for a particular purpose. Features may change, move or be removed.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, traffic, data or business, arising from your use of Indexwise. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Indexwise in the 12 months before the claim, which is zero while it is free. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time by removing the extension from Chrome, which deletes everything it stored. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for material changes we will say so in the extension or on this website. Continuing to use Indexwise after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes go to the courts of the Philippines, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
